Booking Policy

Group bookings refers to booking more than 1 room at a time. We only take group bookings provided that there is no more than 1 child under the age of 15 in the group.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Non Refundable rate means you cannot get any refund once booking is made. For Standard Rate, you may cancel the booking at least 30 days before arrival. A full refund will be processed after your cancellation. If you cancel the booking within 30 days of arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount of the booking if we successfully resell the room. We will not refund if we cannot resell the room.

We apply 2 night minimum stay for weekends policy, which may extend to 3 or 4 nights for long weekends in conjunction with bank holidays or local events. However, we may remove this restriction. Exceptions could be made under certain circumstances if you require 1 night stay for a specific weekend. Please give us a call within 5 days of arrival.

Payment methods: We accept payment by card (most Credit/Debit cards, Amex, Union Pay). We also accept bank transfer, Paypal, Alipay, Wechat payment, cash (for walk in guests only. We don’t accept bookings with cash on arrival), cheque (booking can only be confirmed when cheque is cleared). Please contact us if you wish to use any of these payment methods.
